These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of Celassociates.com (the ‘Site”). This Site is owned and operated by CEL & Associates, Inc. (“CEL”). This Site is not an ecommerce Website and is for the exclusive use of prospective clients, active Clients and/or their clients which may be Residents or Tenants living in Real Estate they own or manage. By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of CEL & Associates, Inc., and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloaded files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
Limitation of Liability
CEL and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from use of this Site.
Children under Eighteen
If you are under 18, you may use Celassociates.com only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provision hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity arising for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act.

CEL & Associates, Inc. and/or its suppliers make no representations about suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services and related graphics contained on the Site for any purpose.
SMS Opt In
By Opting In to receive text messages from CEL, you are authorizing CEL to send you text messages periodically containing a survey link on behalf of the Owner, Management Company, or Government Entity with an interest in the housing where you currently reside. Carrier Rates will apply. You may opt out by replying “stop” at any time.
Change to Terms
CEL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the Terms and Conditions under which Celassociates.com is offered. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will supersede all other previous versions.

Privacy Policy
This privacy policy governs the interactions between CEL & Associates, Inc. (“CEL”) and individual survey respondents (“respondent”), and between CEL and survey clients (such as property owners, property managers, and government or private agencies).
Survey Responses and Personal Data
When a respondent answers a printed or online survey conducted by CEL on behalf of its clients, they or respondent grants CEL the right to store, analyze, and report on the responses in a way which preserves respondent’s anonymity. Survey responses or respondent contact information are never sold to third parties. CEL respects your privacy and uses standard practices to protect it.
Security
CEL takes reasonable steps to protect survey response data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or e-mail transmission or form of electronic storage is ever fully secure or error free. Respondents’ disclosure of information constitutes an understanding and acknowledgement of this and Respondents are asked to keep this in mind when disclosing any information via a survey.

It may become necessary for CEL to make changes to this Privacy Policy. CEL reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
