Eligibility and Other Information

The Army Housing Tenant Survey (TSS) for FY26 is for all residents living in Army-managed Family and Unaccompanied housing, and Privatized housing.

You must have been a resident of your current home or bed as of approximately January 20, 2026 to be included in this year's survey.

Reminder emails containing your survey link will be sent weekly through April.

The survey results are confidential, so please express your true opinions and thoughts. All results from CEL are provided to the Army in summarized format only. Comments will be forwarded as typed. Identifying information you provide to CEL is only to verify survey eligibility and make sure no one but you completes the survey for your residence.
